Work Order Service Areas
"Service Areas" are parallel and independent request systems within Q Ware that can be assigned to different service based departments. Departments could include: Facilities, Maintenance, IT, HR, Transportation, or Purchasing. Q Ware allows users to choose a service area to submit a request to. Once submitted, the software stores the data separate from the other areas and is manageable only by the assigned departments staff.
